Good evening, Clubs for the week: Monday Football Year 1, 2 & 3 Tuesday Pupil Voice Committee Thursday Hi5 Friday Sturton Striders Guitar and trumpet are on Tuesday. There is no violin on Wednesday. Monday evening is the Phonics Workshop at 6.00pm, please add your name to the list in the office if you are attending. The children in Class 1 are visiting the Fire Station on Wednesday morning. Transport will be by school minibus. They will be back for lunch as normal. The library van is at school on Thursday afternoon. On Friday, Mr. Dimmock will be bread-making with the children in Class 1 as part of their topic. Also on Friday, the children in Year 6 will be having an early lunch and then visiting the Elizabethan Academy for the Y6 Languages Festival. The afternoon will involve a performance, in French, by a professional theatre company. We will be back for a normal end of the day. Good news, works on the hall will begin this week. On Thursday the contractor will begin work to excavate the site, these works will be happening over the weekend too. There will be no movement of machinery at the start and end of the day. Finally, the minibus has had a full service and the fault rectified that led to the issue on Wednesday, it is now back to full health! Have a good weekend.
